SHIPPING POLICY
All fine art prints are carefully inspected and securely packaged before dispatch.
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days. UK orders are sent using the delivery service selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the size and weight of your order.
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are subject to the postal or courier service. If you have any questions about your order or delivery, please get in touch via the Contact page.
RETURNS POLICY
All fine art prints are carefully inspected before dispatch. If your order arrives damaged or there is a problem with your print, please contact me as soon as possible via the Contact page, including photographs of any damage where possible.
If you change your mind, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned prints must be unused, in their original condition and securely packaged. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged.
Once a return has been received and inspected, any refund due will be issued to the original payment method.
